The BCCI has announced that the white-ball series matches will now start on 27th July (Saturday), which were previously scheduled to start on 26th July 2024 (Friday). The cricket organization has announced the previous schedule on 11th July. In India’s tour to Sri Lanka for the white-ball matches, 3 T20I matches and 3 ODI matches will be played. 

The series will now start on the 27th of July (Saturday) and be finalized by the 7th of August (Wednesday) with an ODI match this year. The Indian National team will reach Sri Lanka on 22nd July (Monday) for this tour. The date of the first match in the ODIs is also changed from 1st August (Thursday) to 2nd August (Friday).
